Refund Policy

Because each reading is a personalised service prepared from your specific situation, readings are non-refundable once work has begun.

If your reading has not yet been started and you contact us promptly, we will consider a refund at our discretion.

If a reading cannot be delivered due to an error on our end, you will be refunded in full.
